Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that support company goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital and offline).
  • Conduct market research on customer needs, competitors, and market trends.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine offerings and plans.
  • Travel across Kochi for client meetings and market-related activities.
  • Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and networking platforms.
  • Work independently while staying aligned with the company's vision.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing (sales experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to create independent plans.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (added advantage).
  • Proficiency in English and Malayalam preferred.
  • Willingness to travel in and around Kochi.
