Job Title: DCC Executive (Executive Assistant)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a DCC Data Entry Operator to manage donation data, financial entries, and donor records. The role requires strong computer skills, accuracy, and coordination with the Accounts and Donor Care teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter daily cash, cheque, and bank transactions into the system.
  • Create and update donation receipts and maintain donor records.
  • Update cheque clearance status and track pending realizations.
  • Cross-check physical vouchers and donation books with system entries.
  • Maintain digital and physical records of donations and receipts.
  • Reconcile daily entries with bank statements and cash balances.
  • Support suspense account closures and assist during audits.
  • Coordinate with Donor Care & Accounts teams during campaigns and events.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Graduation is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and data entry software.
  • Good typing speed and accuracy.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Only Male candidates may apply.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Take Home: 18,000/- per month (Based on Interview Performance).
  • Additional Perks: PF & ESI.
  • Working Days: 6 days a week.
