Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manager – IT Support to oversee the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all IT systems, hardware, and software across the organisation. The role ensures smooth day-to-day IT operations and supports all users effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure & maintain IT systems, servers, networks, CCTV, UPS, Internet, telecines, and related infrastructure.
  • Perform daily system checks, monitor logs, and ensure completion of scheduled tasks.
  • Manage user accounts, access rights, email creation & closure.
  • Handle hardware/software issues; coordinate with vendors & AMC teams.
  • Perform backups, recovery, performance tuning & hardware upgrades.
  • Maintain IT inventory: laptops, mobiles, cameras, printers, and project equipment.
  • Manage antivirus, MS Office, AutoCAD licenses, and security systems.
  • Support staff issues and ensure quick resolution.
  • Maintain documentation & reports of all IT activities.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 10 TO 12 years of experience in IT support/administration.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware, networking, servers & latest software.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication & time-management skills.
  • Highly energetic, hands-on, willing to travel.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600, ₹800,000.00 per year
