Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr. Executive – Operations & Quality based in Ranchi. The Sr. Executive will oversee daily operational and quality assurance activities, ensuring adherence to healthcare standards and guidelines. This role involves managing processes to enhance operational efficiency, conducting regular quality audits, and facilitating compliance with NABH and NABL standards. Additional responsibilities include coordinating across departments, resolving operational bottlenecks, and implementing strategies for improving patient satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in hospital operations, process optimization, and department coordination
  • Understanding of quality assurance, auditing, and compliance with NABH/NABL standards
  • Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
  • Strong communication, leadership, and team-management skills
  • Proficiency with data analysis, operational metrics, and reporting tools
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, patient safety protocols, and quality standards
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
  • Experience in a super-specialty hospital or a similar healthcare environment is highly desirable
