Emerson India is looking for a
hands-on, passionate Technical Lead (7–9 years)
who can drive high-quality software solutions, lead engineering excellence, and collaborate in a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment. This is your opportunity to work on
cutting-edge cloud, AI/ML, microservices, and enterprise-scale platforms
with global teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and architect scalable, secure, high-performance applications.
  • Develop high-level & low-level designs and maintain architectural standards.
  • Lead full-stack development (Angular, HTML5, C#, .NET Core, NodeJS, Python).
  • Build microservices-based applications with SQL/NoSQL backends.
  • Ensure coding best practices, perform code reviews & guide Scrum teams.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, UX designers, and QA teams.
  • Participate in CI/CD setup, cloud deployments, and DevOps workflows.

Required Skills

  • 7–9 years of experience; minimum 3 years as Tech Lead.
  • Strong hands-on experience with
    C# ASP.NET Core MVC
    ,
    NodeJS / NestJS
    , Web API, ORM, EF.
  • Expertise in
    Angular
    , JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap.
  • Experience with
    microservices
    , design patterns, OOD, 12-factor apps.
  • Docker & Kubernetes development experience.
  • Azure services, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git.
  • REST API design, OAuth 2.0.
  • Knowledge of PostgreSQL.
  • Understanding of secure coding, threat modelling, and security practices.
