Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer – Service Department to manage and expand service-related sales activities. The ideal candidate should have solid technical knowledge of transformers and experience in handling service inquiries, AMC contracts, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate business opportunities for transformer servicing, testing, and maintenance.
  • Promote AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) and service offerings to clients.
  • Visit customer sites to understand requirements and provide suitable service solutions.
  • Prepare and submit technical–commercial quotations.
  • Coordinate with the service execution team for scheduling and follow-ups.
  • Achieve assigned sales and service revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Diploma (Electrical).
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in transformer/service sales or electrical industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and technical presentation abilities.
  • Other: Willingness to travel across assigned regions.

Salary:

30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (in-hand) + Incentives
