We are hiring energetic and sales-driven Travel Sales Agents - Team Leader with experience in international travel bookings. This role is perfect for candidates who enjoy interacting with customers, have strong product knowledge, and can deliver excellent travel solutions while working during night shifts. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with international and domestic travel bookings.
  • Provide clear, professional travel advice and itinerary planning.
  • Book flights, hotels, and packages using GDS (Amadeus or similar).
  • Promote and upsell travel products, packages, and services.
  • Meet monthly sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on airline schedules, promotions, and travel regulations.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in travel sales (international experience preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in English (Hindi or Punjabi is an added advantage).
  • Hands-on experience with Amadeus or other travel booking systems (preferred).
  • Good understanding of travel products, destinations, and package selling.
  • Sales-driven mindset with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in night shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹33,000.00 per month
