About the Role-
As a Program Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and operational excellence of NST. You'll work across program management, growth strategy, and operational analytics, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, execute strategic initiatives, and drive business outcomes. The role is ideal for a data-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented professional eager to contribute to a fast-growing EdTech environment.
Key Responsibilities-
- Support the development and execution of growth strategies in alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, operations) to drive program enhancements and initiatives.
- Implement efficient processes and protocols to optimize workflows and operational effectiveness.
- Contribute to marketing strategy execution, balancing brand efforts with nurturing initiatives.
- Leverage data to drive decision-making, assess performance, and identify optimization opportunities.
- Manage reactivation campaigns for mid-funnel leads and ensure consistent engagement throughout the admissions funnel.
- Evaluate, ideate, and identify key growth levers to achieve business growth.
- Lead strategic initiatives across teams to deliver tangible business outcomes.
Requirements-
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Technology, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in program management, operations, or business analytics preferred.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data visualization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a structured approach to project execution.
