Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, providing sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to ensure client satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also be tasked with meeting sales goals, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management, account management, and business development
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales performance metrics
- Ability to travel as required
- Experience in the automotive is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
