Description

Key Responsibilities

· Analyze and understand complex existing MSSQL database schemas, relationships, and stored procedures.

· Design and implement equivalent or optimized structures in PostgreSQL, ensuring data integrity and performance.

· Debug and troubleshoot application and database issues with a strong focus on root cause analysis.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth migration and integration of systems.

· Write clean, maintainable code using .NET Core / Framework and related technologies.

· Optimize SQL queries and database performance across both MSSQL and PostgreSQL.

· Document technical designs, migration strategies, and troubleshooting steps.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Strong hands-on experience with .NET (C#) development.

· Deep understanding of MSSQL and PostgreSQL database design and optimization.

· Proven ability to debug complex systems and identify root causes efficiently.

· Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

· Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Good to have skills

· Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).

· Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

· Experience with data migration tools or custom migration scripts.

· Knowledge of performance monitoring and profiling tools
