Job Purpose:

To oversee and manage day-to-day administrative activities ensuring smooth operations of the office, effective support to employees, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Office Administration

  2. Manage office facilities, equipment, and supplies.

  3. Ensure maintenance of office premises, housekeeping, and security.

  4. Oversee travel, transport, and accommodation arrangements for staff.

  5. Employee Support

  6. Maintain attendance, leave records, and general employee documentation.

  7. Support HR in onboarding /offboarding activities.

  8. Handle employee queries related to admin facilities.

3.General Coordination

  • Organize meetings, workshops, and company events.

  • Handle communication between different departments for smooth workflow.

  • Support management in administrative requirements and reports.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure.

Qualifications & Experience: (Preferred Male and Female Candidates)

  • Any degree or related field.

  • 1–2 years of experience in administration or office management (freshers also considered ).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
