Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Manager role located in Cuttack. The Manager will oversee logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient execution of supply chain processes across various services, including transportation, warehousing, and customs clearance. Key responsibilities include team management, monitoring operational performance, driving efficiency, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. The Manager will also identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to overall business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
  • In-depth understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and related services such as warehousing, transportation, and customs clearance
  • Proficiency in operational planning, coordination, and process optimization
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in the logistics sector
  • Proficiency with logistics software and real-time tracking systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree or equivalent experience would be an advantage
  • Proven experience in the logistics or supply chain industry, preferably in a managerial role
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
