Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced L3 Support Engineer (MuleSoft) to join our Integration Support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling complex production issues, performance tuning, root cause analysis, and working closely with development and DevOps teams to ensure the stability and reliability of MuleSoft-based integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 3 technical support for MuleSoft integration platforms across production and non-production environments.
  • Troubleshoot complex incidents and provide permanent resolutions (RCA, bug fixes, patches).
  • Monitor, maintain, and optimize Mule runtime performance, APIs, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure high availability and performance of systems.
  • Analyze logs and metrics using Anypoint Monitoring, CloudHub, Splunk, ELK, or equivalent tools.
  • Manage deployments and configuration changes in Anypoint Runtime Manager (ARM) or CloudHub.
  • Identify automation opportunities for recurring issues and support processes.
  • Document incident resolutions, technical procedures, and best practices.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and ensure timely escalation and communication during major incidents.

Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience in MuleSoft ESB (3.x/4.x), Anypoint Platform, and API-led connectivity.
  • Knowledge of API Manager, Runtime Manager, Exchange, and DataWeave.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps).
  • Good understanding of cloud environments (AWS / Azure) and monitoring tools (New Relic, Splunk, or ELK).
  • Familiarity with Java, REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and RAML/OAS specifications.
  • Knowledge of security concepts like OAuth, JWT, and TLS.
  • Experience in troubleshooting production issues, memory leaks, performance bottlenecks, and thread dumps.
  • MuleSoft Certified Developer Level 2 certification is required.
