Principal responsibilities / accountabilities:

  • Mandrel Validations (Prototypes / Serial Toolings / Production requirements)

  • Printing Plate Validations (Proto / Serial / Production)

  • HIF & FIF Validation (Calibrations)

  • NPD - Layout Inspection, PDI & Dimensional reports

  • NPD - Firewall activity /Final Inspection

  • NPD - Checking Aids Monitoring List

  • Calibration Activity - Gauges, Instruments, HIF & FIF, etc & update Calibra

  • Monitor calibration in Calibra Software

  • SPC activity

  • Development activity responsible

  • Measurement System Analysis Activities

  • Layout Inspections - Annual Plan & activities

  • CMM Inspections - (Child components / FIF / HIF)

  • Procurements of Gauges/ Equipment (Post development activities)

Abilities:

  • Responsible to manage and motivate his team and other personnel in order to synergies their efforts to the achievement of the divisions targets / goals.
  • Responsible to ensure the 100% productivity & availability of his team to achieve defined targets to his area.
  • The person should have good command (Leadership Capability) over his team and ability to analyze job responsibilities of team members.

Skills:

  • Hands of experience on Tool Modification, Fixture, Gauges.
  • Completion certificate for Six Sigma.
  • Good communication skill verbal and writing – English and Marathi
  • Good understanding of tools / methodologies such as lean manufacturing, Kaizen, 5 S etc.
