Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure Quality administration in the organization.

  2. Reduction in the COPQ and external and internal NC PPM.

  3. Identify the Gauges and templates, MTEs for Quality parameters inspection.

  4. Proper work allocation and get required output from QA team

  5. Provide training and support for their growth plan of team members.

  6. Submit and maintain defence documented information of all projects.

Skills Sets Required:

  1. Problem solving techniques,

  2. Professional training of MS office.

  3. 5 "S" , kaizen, 7 QC tools etc

  4. Internal auditor of IMS

Education & Experience Requirements:

  1. BE Mech / electrical with 10/12 years of experience in same field Engine/ Genset and defence business.

Generic Competency:

  1. Good oral and written communication, Good Inter personal relationship and courage to tell fact.
