Role Description

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate 
school teacher
 (preferably an English teacher) who has worked with children aged 6 to 16 and is passionate about helping them grow in confidence, communication, leadership, and self-awareness. The role involves conducting engaging sessions for students of classes 1 to 12, focused on developing their personality, social skills, and emotional well-being.

Who We Are Looking For:

• A 
  former or current school teacher
   (preferably English) with a
  minimum 5 years of classroom experience
  .
• Someone who enjoys working with children and understands their emotional and developmental needs.
• A positive, calm, and approachable person who can build rapport and trust with students.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and classroom management skills.
• A teacher who has worked with the
  CBSE or ICSE
   curriculum and understands the school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Engagement & Connection:
Develop and deliver interactive personality development sessions tailored to children ages 6 to 18. - Establish a friendly and approachable rapport with children to encourage trust and open communication. - Act as a positive role model and leader, inspiring children to express themselves and build self-confidence.

Classroom Management & Communication:
- Maintain a positive, energetic, and nurturing classroom environment. - Use clear, age-appropriate language to explain concepts and guide activities. - Communicate effectively with children to ensure they feel heard, respected, and supported.

Emotional & Physical Support:
Provide emotional support to help children feel safe and unpressured during class activities. - Recognise and respond appropriately to children's emotional and physical cues. Understand and adhere to guidelines regarding appropriate physical interactions, ensuring knowledge of good touch versus bad touch.

Program Development & Implementation:
- Assist in planning and executing creative activities that encourage leadership, teamwork, and personal growth. - Adapt activities as needed to suit the diverse needs and interests of the children. - Monitor and document each child's progress, providing feedback to parents and program supervisors.

Qualifications

• School teaching experience in CBSE, ICSE Schools preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in teaching or training is a must.
• Genuine enthusiasm for working with children and a positive, supportive approach.
• Demonstrated calmness and patience in managing young children in a learning environment.
• Knowledge of social media platforms
• Ability to connect with kids on a personal and friendly level, fostering a safe space where they feel comfortable opening up.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
