Associate Project Manager

Location: Andheri (Marol), Mumbai – Only Mumbai-based candidates will be considered

Immediate Joiner Preferred

Experience: 2+ years

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects within timelines and budgets.

  • Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and delivered.

  • Track project progress, identify risks, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Design, Development, QA) for smooth project execution.

  • Manage project documentation, reports, and communication.

  • Support in resource planning, task allocation, and ensuring adherence to processes.

  • Ensure client satisfaction by handling queries, escalations, and change requests effectively.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

2+ years of experience in project coordination or project management (IT preferred).

Strong communication and client-handling skills.

Good knowledge of project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Good to Have

Certification in Agile / Scrum / PMP.

Experience working in an IT services or software company.

Exposure to Agile methodologies.
