Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Innovation Insights Manager, located in Gurgaon. The Innovation Insights Manager will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing consumer trends, and developing insights to drive innovation. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to support new product development, marketing strategies, and business initiatives. Daily tasks include data analysis, creating reports, presenting findings, and recommending actionable strategies based on consumer insights.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Market Research and Consumer Trends Analysis
  • Skills in Data Analysis, Report Creation, and Presenting Findings
  • Ability to Develop Insights and Recommend Actionable Strategies
  • Strong Collaboration Skills with Cross-functional Teams
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
  • Experience in FMCG sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
