About EntrepreNaari:EntrepreNaari is one of AFH's rising for women entrepreneurs.
We support micro, nano, and small-scale women-led businesses through visibility, mentorship, offline events, workshops, and our very own marketplace — ShopEntrepreNaari. Position Overview:We are looking for a passionate and driven Marketing Intern to help us scale the EntrepreNaari platform by identifying new growth opportunities by Marketing & strategies, and connecting with women-led brands across India. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-impact, purpose-led platform while gaining real-world business development experience.
Key Responsibilities: Design and Develop Marketing campaigns ( Organic & Paid)Generate and maintain a strong pipeline of women entrepreneurs to onboard on the ShopEntrepreNaari marketplace
Assist in identifying potential partners, organizations, and collectives working with women entrepreneurs for collaborations
Conduct outreach to potential EntrepreNaaris via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram and EmailsHelp in organizing onboarding drives, community calls, and offline pop-ups by mapping local leads
Maintain and update the CRM/database with accurate lead and contact information
Work closely with the marketing team to understand what types of brands resonate with buyers and help onboard similar profiles
Track and analyze lead conversion metrics to help improve outreach strategies
Requirements:Current student or recent graduate (Fresher) in Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or related fields
Content Creation and Content writing skills Excellent research and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office/Google SheetsProficient with Instagram, LinkedIn and WhatsApp Highly self-motivated, organized, and proactive
