Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced
AI Engineer
to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in working with
LLMs (Large Language Models)
,
prompt engineering
, and managing both
structured and unstructured data
for AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and creation of
    XML-based standard templates
    for data integration.
  • Develop and optimize
    prompt engineering techniques
    for LLM frameworks.
  • Work with both
    structured and unstructured data
    to enable seamless integration with LLMs.
  • Build and maintain frameworks for effective use of
    Large Language Models (LLMs)
    .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions.
  • Work with
    Redshift databases
    for data storage, retrieval, and processing.
  • Support the development of basic
    UI interfaces
    for AI tools and dashboards.
  • Contribute to defining and monitoring
    business operational metrics
    .

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6–8 years of professional experience, with
    minimum 6 years in AI/ML-related roles
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    Prompt Engineering
    and LLM frameworks.
  • Proficiency in
    Python programming
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    Redshift databases
    .
  • Basic
    UI development skills
    .
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience in
    business operational metrics
    and analytics.
  • Exposure to enterprise-scale AI deployments.
