Job Title: QA Executive (Fresher) – Food/Dairy Industry

We are looking for a motivated QA Executive (Fresher) to support quality assurance processes in our food/dairy manufacturing unit. The selected candidate will assist in maintaining product quality, hygiene standards, and compliance with food safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process, and finished dairy/food products
  • Assist in microbiological and chemical testing (training will be provided)
  • Monitor hygiene and sanitation practices within production areas
  • Support documentation such as batch records, test reports, and SOPs
  • Ensure compliance with FSSAI, GMP, and other food safety standards
  • Assist in conducting internal audits and quality inspections
  • Report deviations or quality issues to senior QA staff
  • Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for corrective actions

Required Skills:

  • Strong attention to hygiene and product safety
  • Basic knowledge of food safety standards
  • Good communication and reporting ability
  • Willingness to learn lab testing, documentation, and QA procedures
  • Ability to work in production environments

Eligibility:

  • Freshers can apply
  • B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Technology) or Diploma in Food Technology preferred
  • Candidates with internships in dairy/food plants will be an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16, ₹18,000.00 per month
