**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical **QA Executive** to join our growing product team. You will be responsible for ensuring that our software products are of the highest quality by designing and implementing test plans, identifying bugs, and improving testing processes. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and support teams to ensure seamless product delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand business and technical requirements to develop and execute test cases.
- Create, manage, and maintain test documentation including test cases, test scripts, and test data.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, smoke, and sanity tests.
- Identify, log, and track bugs using tools like **JIRA**, **Bugzilla**, or **similar platforms**.
- Collaborate with developers and product owners to resolve defects and improve product quality.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and automation coverage.
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and product reviews in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Ensure product releases meet quality standards before deployment.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in software testing (SaaS product testing is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of **QA methodologies**, **tools**, and **processes**.
- Hands-on experience with **test automation tools** (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Postman, JMeter).
- Experience with API testing and writing automated test scripts.
- Working knowledge of databases and ability to write basic SQL queries.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems like **Git**.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation abilities.
