Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead Sales Trainee located in Thrissur. The Team Lead Sales Trainee will be responsible for leading a sales team, achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and developing and implementing sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing sales data, managing team performance, and ensuring effective communication within the team and with customers. The role also involves training and mentoring team members.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to analyze sales data and performance metrics
  • Team Management and Leadership skills to lead and mentor the sales team
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
  • Proven Sales skills to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in sales or team leadership roles is preferred
