Skilled in managing preventive and corrective maintenance, overseeing HVAC systems, electrical installations, and material handling equipment. Adept at supporting cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with EHS and quality standards, leading contractors. Proficient in performance analysis, budgeting, and reporting technical risks to senior management.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and track multiple projects in Economic Zones, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate projects, preparing detailed project plans and monitoring progress.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors for smooth execution.
  • Liaise with clients, understanding their requirements and managing project expectations.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring financial viability and profitability.
  • Maintain quality standards and comply with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in project planning software and MS Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills.
