Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Assistant located in the Greater Noida, West. The Field Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the implementation and monitoring of agricultural projects, gathering and analyzing field data, conducting research, and supporting the research and development team in their daily tasks. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Experience in agricultural research, field data collection, and analysis
  • Knowledge of biopesticides, biofertilizers, and biostimulants
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with data management tools
  • Qualification in agriculture or a related field is preferred

Experience

  • M.Sc. in Agriculture / Agronomy / Horticulture or related discipline.
  • Minimum
    1 year of hands-on field experience.
  • Exposure to
    nursery management, research trials, and farmer engagement
    preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage
    nursery and field operations
    effectively.
  • Conduct
    research trials
    in pots and fields.
  • Collect and document
    morphological and physiological data.
  • Implement and monitor
    farmer practices
    in field conditions.
  • Perform
    data entry, compilation, and statistical analysis.
  • Support staff and farmers with
    trial management and best practices.
