Empathy AI invites two passionate innovators to join as Entrepreneurs-in-Residence for a one-year fellowship. Fellows will receive office access, mentorship, and full resources to build AI-driven or ground-impact ventures in areas like mental well-being, ESG, and social innovation.

Identify and prototype new AI or human-centered business ideas.

Lead end-to-end execution from concept to pilot.

Collaborate across tech, design, and social impact teams.

Build partnerships and scale real-world solutions.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Kolkata Area for an Entrepreneur in Residence at EMPATHY AI. The Entrepreneur in Residence will drive growth by identifying innovative business opportunities, researching market trends, developing business strategies, and supporting the execution of strategic initiatives. The role involves engaging with clients to understand their challenges and translating them into actionable, technology-driven solutions. Additionally, the individual will collaborate with internal teams, oversee projects, and deliver results that align with the company's mission of empowering industries with AI and technology.

Qualifications

  • Strategic thinking, business development, and ability to analyze market trends
  • Problem-solving, project management, and operational efficiency skills
  • Knowledge of AI, big data analytics, IoT solutions, and technology product development
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial spirit with a results-driven mindset
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field is highly preferred
  • Prior leadership experience in a tech-driven or AI-focused industry is an advantage
  • Understanding of sensory data and end-to-end automation solutions is a plus
