About Sukoon Sukoon is India’s leading behavioral health platform, operating specialized mental health services across sectors. About the role We are seeking a dedicated counselling psychologist to join the Sukoon team. If you are passionate about mental health and treating patients with utmost care and excellence, Sukoon is the right place for you Responsibilities ● Keep residents engaged through sessions and recreational activities. ● Execute clinical program as directed by Center Head and Medical Director. ● Suggest and recommend strategies for the betterment of the organization. ● Collaborate with other departments when needed. ● Maintain a patient-first approach. ● Mental Gym sessions ● Art-based therapy sessions ● Family intervention Qualifications ● M.A Psychology from an accredited university ● Hospital experience preferable ● 1+ years of work experience ● Familiarity with current DSM criteria ● Strong working knowledge of general psychological principles and practices ● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
