We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to support day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and maintain compliance. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in real estate or construction accounting, familiarity with listed company reporting standards, and strong knowledge of accounting principles.

  • Record and process day-to-day accounting transactions in compliance with company policies and accounting standards (IND-AS).
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable cycles, including vendor and customer reconciliations.
  • Assist in preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements.
  • Support the preparation and filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns.
  • Assist in audit processes (statutory, internal, and tax audits), including documentation and liaising with auditors.
  • Monitor bank reconciliations and ensure timely posting of bank entries.
  • Maintain fixed asset register and assist with capitalization and depreciation accounting.
  • Support in budgeting and variance analysis for projects and operational expenditure.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Project, Sales, Legal) to ensure proper documentation and approvals for accounting transactions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems (physical and digital) for all financial records.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter (preferred)
  • Experience: 25 years of accounting experience, preferably in a real estate or infrastructure company

  • Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, ERP systems)

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and financial reporting tools
  • Understanding of IND-AS / GST / TDS / RERA compliance
