Job Description – Application Support Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- User Issue Resolution
• Attend user queries and issues related to the application.
• Provide first-level support and try to resolve minor problems over call.
• Guide users with basic troubleshooting steps to ensure quick resolution.
- Issue Documentation & Tracking
• Properly document each issue reported by users.
• Add all issues/requests into the project tracker or ticketing system.
• Maintain clear and accurate logs for future reference and analysis.
- Bug Management
• Track, manage, and prioritize bugs raised by users or identified internally.
• Categorize bugs based on project modules/components and assign them to the concerned team.
• Follow up with developers for timely bug resolution and update status in the tracker.
Required Skills:
• Strong communication skills for user interaction.
• Basic understanding of web/mobile applications.
• Ability to analyze issues and provide quick solutions.
• Experience in using ticketing or task-tracking tools (Jira, Trello, Excel trackers, etc.).
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
