Required Skills and Experience:

For SOC Administrator (Senior Role):

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Security Operations Center (SOC) and SIEM tools.
  • CEH certification required; must hold at least one of CISA / CISSP / CISM.
  • Expertise in threat detection, incident response, and SOC management.
  • Preference for candidates with hands-on SOC experience (not just SOC audit exposure).

For SOC Engineer (24x7 Role):

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in SOC or SIEM operations.
  • CEH certification mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of incident handling, threat monitoring, and alert triaging.
  • Ability to work in 24x7 rotational shifts.

Technical Expertise:

  • SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight, LogRhythm)
  • Incident handling and escalation management
  • Cyber threat analysis and vulnerability management
  • Network and endpoint security fundamentals
  • Log analysis and forensic investigation basics

Certifications (Mandatory/Preferred):

  • Mandatory: CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
  • Preferred: CISA, CISSP, CISM
