Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and engaging Trainer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting effective training sessions, developing learning materials, and ensuring employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to excel in their roles. You will play a key role in enhancing workforce performance and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver effective training programs for new hires and existing employees across various business processes.
  • Design, update, and maintain training content, modules, and assessments.
  • Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions.
  • Assess learning outcomes through tests, feedback, and performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with managers and team leaders to identify training needs.
  • Motivate and engage participants to ensure an interactive learning experience.
  • Track training attendance, completion rates, and effectiveness using reports.
  • Support continuous learning initiatives and skill enhancement programs.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • 12 years of proven experience as a Trainer in BPO, Customer Support, or related fields.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of learners.
  • Knowledge of instructional design, training methodologies, and e-learning tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with digital learning platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with patience and adaptability.
  • Graduate or higher educational qualification.
