Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Head to lead our digital marketing strategy and operations. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to strengthen brand presence, generate quality leads, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

Manage SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, PPC, and Content Marketing campaigns.

Analyze performance data to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead.

Lead and manage the digital marketing team.

Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistency and effectiveness.

Report regularly on KPIs and strategy outcomes.

Requirements

2 to 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing management.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Proficiency in Malayalam, English, and Tamil.

Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
