Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented female graduate to join our team as an E-com & Admin Executive. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing our online presence, handling customer interactions, and assisting with daily administrative operations.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a fresher who is eager to build a career in e-commerce and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly maintain and update the company's e-commerce platforms with new products and information.

  • Process and manage online orders received via the website, direct messages, and phone calls.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers — handle inquiries and provide support via phone and email.

  • Assist with daily administrative and basic finance-related tasks such as data entry, order tracking, and coordination.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and email communication.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Organized, quick learner, and customer-friendly attitude.

Salary & Terms:

  • Probation Period: 3 months

  • Probation Salary: ₹12,000 per month

  • Salary After Confirmation: ₹13,500 per month

  • Benefits: PF and ESI facilities available

  • Joining Date: Candidates must be available to join on or before December 15, 2025
