If that’s what you resonate with hop on with us on our rocketship Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic HR Executive with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in tech and non-tech recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations. If you’re someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, communicates effortlessly, and believes in delivering quality over quantity, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment (Tech & Non-Tech)Source, screen, and evaluate candidates across functions.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.Maintain a strong pipeline of quality profiles.Ensure timely closures and a great candidate experience.2. Onboarding & Employee ExperienceOwn the end-to-end onboarding process—documentation, HRMS entries, orientation coordination.Ensure new joiners have a smooth Day 1 experience.Partner with stakeholders for IT, admin, and hiring teams for readiness.3. HR OperationsMaintain and update HRMS with accuracy.Assist with letter generation, employee records, tracker updates, and HR MIS.Support payroll inputs and compliance documentation.Handle ad-hoc operational and people-related tasks smoothly.4. Communication & Stakeholder ManagementDraft clear and crisp communication—emails, updates, onboarding instructions, etc.Serve as a point of contact for candidates and employees with timely responses.Work closely with hiring managers,and cross-functional teams.What We’re Looking For1–2 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.Strong understanding of sourcing tools and hiring for tech & non-tech roles.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High ownership, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.Thrives in a fast-moving, outcome-oriented environment.Hands-on experience with Keka (preferred but not mandatory).Why Furlenco?A culture that values impact, agility, and people-first thinking.Freedom to learn, grow, and take ownership.An environment where quality of work matters more than quantity.A young, vibrant team that thrives on collaboration.
