Job Type: Global - Candidate(s) must be ready to travel for onsite project implementations with-in India, Middle East and other locations of customers nationally/internationally as and when required.

We are seeking an experienced Network Monitoring & Observability platform Engineer with proven expertise in the design, implementation, and support of monitoring platforms such as SolarWinds, ManageEngine and other application performance monitoring (APM) tools. The ideal candidate will support and implement monitoring platforms of global customers by managing and optimizing the performance of critical infrastructure and applications, ensuring high availability, and providing strategic technical solutions to performance issues across diverse environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable infrastructure and application monitoring solutions using SolarWinds, ManageEngine and other APM platforms.
  • Deploy and configure application performance monitoring tools to proactively identify performance bottlenecks.
  • Ensure high availability and performance of infrastructure through continuous monitoring and analysis.
  • Develop custom monitoring scripts and automation for enhanced performance insight.
  • Expertise in creating Modern Dashboards and reports.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified through monitoring platforms, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Create and maintain monitoring dashboards, alert systems, and reports for real-time performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, DevOps, and development) to implement best practices for system and application monitoring.
  • Provide ongoing support and optimization of monitoring solutions to meet business requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in the design, implementation, and support of monitoring platforms.
  • Expertise with SolarWinds, ManageEngine, and other APM tools.
  • Strong understanding of network infrastructure, databases, servers, and cloud environments.
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for custom monitoring configurations.
  • Proven experience in system performance tuning, capacity planning, and root cause analysis.
  • Ability to design and implement alerts, dashboards, and reports for stakeholders.
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in any of the monitoring tools (viz; SolarWinds Certified Professional).
  • Familiarity with automation tools and DevOps best practices.
  • Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
