Role & responsibilities

  • Overall in charge of utility systems operations inside the factory premises.
  • Preventive and Breakdown maintenance of plant & Utilities equipments.
  • Cost estimation for maintenance work and plant modification job & erection.
  • Maintaining and Controlling Inventories of spares for routine activity of maintenance.
  • Monitoring and ensuring efficient operations of all utility systems.
  • Planning and Controlling the utility maintenance budget for utility maintenance and modification as required.
  • Validation and Qualification of utility systems.
  • Co-ordination with production department for various maintenance planning & erection.
  • Energy saving / conservation activities planning, initiation and monitoring.
  • Ensure online compliance to cGMP requirements &preparedness for customer & regulatory audits.
  • Departmental SOP preparation and ensuring compliance of the same.
  • QA documentation activities like raising Deviations if required, Change Controls for introducing changes and review of the documents.
  • Performing investigations for Deviations, OOS and reporting of the same.
  • Ensure compliance to statutory and safety requirements.
  • Training & Capability development of department associates and scheduling work shifts.
  • HVAC Qualifications and re-qualification.
  • Familiar and having Knowledge for Trouble shooting for maintaining RH, Temp and DPG parameters.
  • HVAC maintenance, clean room standard and classification.
