Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions with your team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes. Your role will require you to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies to enhance application performance and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.- Mentor junior team members, providing them with the necessary support and guidance to enhance their skills.

Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.- Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices.- Experience with database management and optimization techniques.- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.- This position is based at our Mumbai office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
