Job Title: Application Developer Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled application developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in customizing and developing Zoho CRM applications, streamlining business processes through design, implementation, and maintenance of Zoho CRM and other Zoho suite applications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Deluge scripts for automation, business logic, and integrations. They will create custom modules, functions, and widgets to extend Zoho capabilities and integrate Zoho CRM with other Zoho apps (Books & Inventory) and third-party systems using APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customize and configure Zoho CRM modules, layouts, fields, workflows, and blueprints to meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain Deluge scripts for automation, business logic, and integrations.
  • Create custom modules, functions, and widgets to extend Zoho capabilities.
  • Integrate Zoho CRM with other Zoho apps (Books & Inventory) and third-party systems using APIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into Zoho solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements based on user feedback.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Deluge scripting.
  • Hands-on experience in setting up Blueprints, Workflows, and Custom Functions.
  • Experience with Zoho CRM app development is mandatory.
  • Understanding of Zoho APIs and integration with external applications.
  • Ability to analyze business processes and propose Zoho-based automation.
  • Familiarity with Zoho Books & Inventory is Plus.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Experience with JavaScript/HTML/CSS for Zoho widgets.
  • Prior experience in ERP/CRM implementations.
  • Knowledge of SQL and REST APIs.
