Industry: Renewable Energy (Wind/Solar)

Experience Required: 5 to 10 years

Salary: As per industry standards (negotiable based on experience)

Employment Type: Full-time

Interview - f2f on 9th Oct 2025 at Aerocity office

Mandatory - Renewable/ Power/Wind/solar Sector exp

Working days - 2th & 4th Sat off. 8:30 Hours per day

First 3 month wfh then work from office

Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart, driven, and experienced HR Manager or Assistant HR Manager to oversee and execute core HR functions for a growing organization in the Renewable Energy (Wind/Solar) sector. This is opportunity for now, ideal for a highly professional and presentable female candidate with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR documentation.

Support and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management processes.

Maintain HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.

Coordinate with payroll and compliance teams for timely and accurate processing.

Manage HRIS and ensure accurate employee data management and reporting.

Support internal communication and foster a positive remote work culture.

Assist in talent retention and organizational development strategies.

Requirements:

Experience: 5 to 10 years in HR roles, preferably in the Renewable Energy (Wind/Solar) industry.

Gender: Female candidates only (as per current role requirement).

Work Setup: Comfortable working remotely with availability during standard business hours.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Presentation: Professional and well-presented; able to represent the HR function in virtual meetings with leadership and teams.

Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with HRMS platforms, MS Office, and virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
