Desigination: Telesales Executive

Process: Personal Loan Sales – Lead Generation

Eligibility: Freshers & Experienced Candidates Welcome

Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Week Off: Sunday Fixed

Location: Chennai

Salary Details

  • CTC: ₹17,290 (Includes PF + PT + ESIC)
  • In-hand: ₹13,500 + Attractive Incentives
  • Optional (Without PF & ESIC): ₹13,000 In-hand

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and explain personal loan products.
  • Generate qualified leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
  • Identify customer needs and provide suitable financial solutions.
  • Maintain accurate call records, lead data, and follow-up status.
  • Meet daily and monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for long-term engagement.
  • Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams to ensure smooth process flow.
  • Adhere to all company policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Malayalam and basic English communication skills.
  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • Good interpersonal and convincing abilities.
  • Freshers can apply; telesales or loan sales experience preferred.
