Designation: Accounts Officer

Department : Account & Finance

Experience: 1 to 3 Years (Freshers can apply who having knowledge of advance Excel)

Qualification: B.COM/M.COM/MBA/PGDM in Finance.

Location: Vastrapur, Ahmedabad.

Timing: 9:40 am to 6:10 pm.

Salary range: Up to 2,88,000 LPA (Freshers with strong Advanced Excel skills are encouraged to apply)

Role & responsibilities:

  • Prepare progress billings based on the percentage of work completed or milestones achieved as per contract terms.
  • Create company invoices and bills according to project stages using MS Excel.
  • Record general accounting entries such as sales, purchases, receivables, expenses, GST, TDS, etc., in Tally Prime.
  • Ensure adherence to local tax regulations (GST, TDS) and support the preparation and filing of tax returns.
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and Tally.
  • Maintain accurate records of client accounts and outstanding balances.
  • Send invoices and account statements to clients both electronically and in hard copy.
  • Update internal systems with payment details and other financial information.
  • Manage and verify employee vouchers.
  • Monitor and review financial activities regularly.
  • Handle statutory compliance related to accounting functions.
  • Prepare financial reports and review billing activities for accuracy.
  • Receive, verify, and sort incoming payments with attention to authenticity.
