Job Description:

The clinic is hiring an experienced Client Relationship Manager (Female) from the Aesthetic & Healthcare industry to manage premium clients and deliver a world-class service experience.

The role involves handling high-value customers, ensuring smooth clinic operations, and increasing client satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication, a polished personality, and a strong background in handling clients in dermatology, cosmetic, laser, or aesthetic clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with aesthetic & dermatology clients
  • Manage consultations, follow-ups, and appointment coordination
  • Handle client escalations with professionalism and empathy
  • Ensure a luxury and seamless client journey at the clinic
  • Support sales by promoting aesthetic treatments and packages
  • Maintain CRM records, client history, and service quality standards

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication & client-handling skills
  • Strong interpersonal & problem-solving skills
  • Experience in aesthetic dermatology, cosmetic, skin, or laser clinics is mandatory
  • Ability to upsell services and ensure client retention
