Oracle Cloud SCM - Consultant

Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities: Functional Consultant

  • Responsible for client deliverables (functional/technical) of medium-high complexity work with quality check, learning and understanding the client's requirements.
  • Understands Oracle SCM domains and how to maintain security business processes. 
  • Responsible for Config change Deployment, Bug fix support & report creation.
  • Conduct requirement gathering, solution design, gap analysis, and configuration for modules

Certifications

  • Must have- Oracle Cost Management Cloud Certified and Oracle Order Management Cloud Order to Cash
  • Desirable - Oracle Manufacturing Cloud Certified Implementation Professional, Oracle Planning and Collaboration Cloud Certified Implementation, Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications SCM Process Essentials, Oracle Planning and Collaboration Cloud 2022 Certified, Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud 2025 Certified, Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement.
Qualifications

Experience & Background 

  • BE/ B. Tech / M Tech/ MBA/ MCA
  • 2-3 years of IT experience
  • Must have at least worked on 1 – 2 support projects.
  • Good Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible with Shift based on project requirements.
  • To design/configure platform/function enhancements & client-specific custom components including impact assessment, fit-gap analysis, performance impact & value outcome.
  • To resolve high complexity Workday tickets
  • To troubleshoot, debug and resolve issues reported.
  • To be responsible for meaningful client communications from the team
  • To contribute across clients and/or geographies in a shared resourcing model

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Oracle Cloud SCM Con - 4+ years of experience, at-least 1 full cycle Oracle cloud implementation.
  • Support end-to-end Oracle SCM projects
  • Experience in working on any of these modules:
    1) Order Management
    2) Procurement (Self-Service & Purchasing)
    3) Product Hub
  • Has Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Understands and abide by Information security and data privacy standards
  • Taking ownership of Build and connecting with counterparts and stake holders to resolve existing issues.

 Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Experience on other modules like

1) Inventory
2) Manufacturing
3) Supply planning / Demand planning
4) Global Order Promising
5) Pricing Management
6) Logistics
7) Asset Management
8) Product lifecycle management

  • Good to have exposure as a contributor in all phases of Oracle ERP implementation
