Overview The position of Oracle SCM - Associate & Sr. Associate is vital to our organization as it involves working closely with the supply chain management team to streamline operations using Oracle ERP systems. The role is crucial for ensuring the efficient flow of goods, data, and finances through the supply chain process.Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements for Oracle SCM modules
  • Configure and customize Oracle SCM modules to meet business needs
  • Support the implementation and integration of Oracle SCM modules with other systems
  • Provide user training and support for Oracle SCM applications
  • Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting for Oracle SCM modules
  • Participate in the design and development of Oracle SCM solutions
  • Conduct regular system maintenance and optimization tasks
  • Ensure data integrity and security within Oracle SCM modules
  • Assist in the documentation of Oracle SCM processes and procedures
  • Stay updated with Oracle SCM module updates and upgrades
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle SCM modules
  • Proficiency in Oracle ERP systems and Oracle SCM modules
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management processes and best practices
  • Ability to gather and analyze business requirements for Oracle SCM solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in system configuration, customization, and integration
  • Knowledge of inventory management, procurement, and logistics
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Certification in Oracle SCM modules is a plus
