Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Playing Captain – Wealth. The Playing Captain will oversee and lead wealth management teams, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure the achievement of key performance metrics. The role involves developing and maintaining client relationships, providing expert financial advice, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Daily tasks include portfolio management, team leadership, strategic planning, client consultations, and continuous market analysis to identify growth opportunities.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Expertise in wealth management, portfolio management, and financial planning
  • Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
  • Deep understanding of regulatory compliance and financial regulations
  • Analytical skills to assess and identify market opportunities
  • Relevant certifications in financial planning or wealth management
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
  • Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and achieving key performance metrics
