Location : Bangalore ( Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and execute Automic product installations, upgrades, migrations, and conversions for enterprise clients.

- Serve as the primary technical contact for end customers during project delivery, ensuring their needs are addressed throughout the engagement.

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to Automic deployments.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for deployment activities, configurations, and post-project support.

- Collaborate with client IT teams to plan and coordinate project milestones and deliverables.

- Provide knowledge transfer, training, and guidance to client personnel as needed.

Qualifications :

- Strong, hands-on experience with Automic (Automation Engine), including installation, configuration, and administration.

- Demonstrated background in customer-facing roles, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Deep understanding of IT automation concepts, batch job scheduling, and enterprise IT environments.

- Scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python) experience.

- Experience conducting end-to-end migrations/upgrades of automation platforms with minimal downtime.

- Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience with UNIX/Linux and/or Windows server administration.

Nice to have Skills :

- Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management.

- Certifications in Automic, DevOps, or related IT automation platforms.
