ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Architect and implement automation workflows within ITSM platforms including ServiceNow (SNOW) and BMC HelixLeverage modules such as ITOM, Performance Insights (PI), and NowAssist to drive service efficiency and reliabilityIntegrate and automate service management processes across incident, change, problem, and asset managementCollaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define technical requirementsDevelop and maintain automation scripts and orchestration logic to support self-service and self-healing capabilitiesEnsure compliance with ITIL standards and enterprise governance policiesProvide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and developersAdditional Responsibilities:Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth and increase their business profitabilityGood knowledge on software configuration management systemsAwareness of latest technologies and Industry trendsLogical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborateUnderstanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models availableAbility to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutionsOne or two industry domain knowledgeClient Interfacing skills Project and Team managementTechnical and Professional Requirements:Required Skills & Experience:Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules: ITOM, PI, NowAssistExperience with BMC Helix, BMC Remedy, and RemedyForce platformsProficiency in scripting and workflow automation within ITSM environmentsUnderstanding of ITIL processes and service management best practicesAbility to design scalable and maintainable automation solutionsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsPreferred Skills:Technology->Infrastructure- AdministrationMonitoring->Remedy-Design and Remedy-Administration->Service NowTechnology->Infra_Tool Administration-ITSM->ServiceNowTechnology->Infra_Tool Administration-ITSM->ServiceNow-ITOMEducational RequirementsBachelor of EngineeringService LineGlobal Delivery.
