Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and deploy smart contracts on

  • Architect and implement 
    DAO systems

  • Build full-stack dApps using

    , and Web3 libraries with seamless wallet support (Phantom, MetaMask)
  • Optimize contracts for 
    gas efficiency

  • Perform audits, write tests, and ensure smart contract security against common vulnerabilities
  • Deploy and manage dApps and contracts using CI/CD pipelines
  • Collaborate with frontend/backend engineers, product teams, and designers
  • Contribute to architecture, documentation, and developer tooling
  • Stay on top of emerging blockchain tech, including zk-rollups, Layer 2s, and governance trends

Required Skills & Experience

Core Blockchain Development

  • 2+ years of 
    Rust
     programming using 
    Anchor
     and native Solana development
  • Strong proficiency in 
    Solidity
     for EVM-based chains
  • Deep understanding of:
  • NFT standards
     (ERC-721, ERC-1155, Metaplex)
  • DeFi protocols
    , tokenomics, and 
    liquid staking
     mechanics
  • DAO infrastructure
    , voting mechanisms, and treasury governance (mandatory)
  • ZK cryptography
     (zk-SNARKs, Circom, Noir, or related frameworks) (mandatory)
  • Experience with 
    PDAs
    , 
    CPIs
    , Solana account models, and fee optimization
  • Knowledge of 
    cross-chain protocols
     (Wormhole, LayerZero, etc.)

Off-chain Integration

  • Integration with oracles like 
    Chainlink
     and 
    Pyth
  • Handling off-chain state, events, and real-time data feeds

Full Stack dApp Integration

  • Frontend frameworks:
