We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Blockchain Developer to lead our innovative Web3 project.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge blockchain solutions. As a Senior Blockchain Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying secure smart contracts and high-performance backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Smart Contract Development:
    • Design and develop secure smart contracts using Solidity/Rust for Ethereum, EVM-compatible chains, and other L1/L2 networks.
    • Conduct in-depth testing, auditing, and gas optimization to ensure the highest level of security and performance.
  • Backend Engineering & Blockchain Architecture:
    • Design and implement high-performance backend systems and scalable blockchain architectures using AWS (EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS) and cloud best practices.
    • Build and maintain APIs, node integrations, and indexing services (e.g., The Graph, Alchemy, Infura).
  • Cloud & Infrastructure (AWS):
    • Deploy and manage backend services using AWS (EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS) and cloud best practices.
    • Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and monitoring solutions to ensure seamless deployment and operation.
  • Security & Optimization:
    • Ensure system security, resilience, and gas optimization by applying best practices for mitigating vulnerabilities (reentrancy, overflow, etc.).
    • Develop and implement strategies to optimize system performance and reduce costs.
  • Collaboration & Ownership:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend, DevOps, and product teams, to deliver robust end-to-end blockchain products.
    • Take ownership of projects from architecture to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years in backend development and 2+ years in smart contract development.
  • Deep understanding of Ethereum, EVM architecture, L2 scaling solutions, and DeFi/NFT standards (ERC20, ERC721, ERC1155).
  • Proficiency in Solidity, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and at least one systems language (Go, Rust, or C++).
  • Strong experience in blockchain solution architecture for scalable dApps.
  • Mid-level experience with AWS (EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS).
  • Familiarity with common smart contract vulnerabilities and mitigation strategies.
  • Proven ability to deliver secure, scalable, production-ready blockchain systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle, Web3.js/Ethers.js.
  • AWS DevOps experience for blockchain-based apps, including CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration.
  • Cross-chain development and interoperability protocol expertise.
  • Knowledge of zero-knowledge proofs (ZK-SNARKs/STARKs).
  • Experience with audited DeFi protocols.
  • Familiarity with L2 rollups, bridges, and advanced blockchain scaling techniques.
  • Exposure to NFTs, DeFi mechanics, and modern blockchain infrastructure.
