Objective

To ensure proper flow and tracking of pharmacy items while maintaining the inventory in most cost effective manner.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management for both IP and OP

  • Keeping an eye for pilferage and revenue leakage.
  • Handling the inventory management by requesting indent.
  • Dispensing of material.
  • Keeping track of existing inventory.
  • Preparing list of required stock
  • Preparing and tracking list of moving and non moving items.
  • Issuing and receiving(physical & system) of goods from vendors
  • Scanning of invoice and sending the same to the purchase department
  • Ensure preparation of GRN note after the authorization of PO
  • Assisting in checking of expiry date for all medicines on a quarterly basis both physically and in system
  • Preparing list of materials in pipeline and communicate the same to IP incharge.
  • Cash Management, if any.
  • Coordinating within the pharmacy as per requirement
  • Indent purchase: Checking of stock after purchase as per list sent to vendor
  • Sending scanned copy of purchase bill to purchase department
  • Keeping count of daily bills made in the pharmacy
  • Returning the non-moving items to their respective vendors
  • Timely dispensing of material

MIS

  • Ensuring all the required enteries are made in S/W
  • Should manage all the data regarding procurement and inventory.
  • Checking for regular updation of stock in s/w.
